How we work
Hiraet looks after IT for small and mid-sized businesses: security and compliance, servers and cloud, laptops and networks, and the software that connects them. You deal with one team instead of a different supplier for each piece.
Before any work starts, you get a written proposal saying what we will do and what it will cost. When we finish, you get a record of what we changed.
Why we build products
When the same problem keeps coming up, we build software for it instead of solving it by hand each time. Altair is the first of those: it finds security weaknesses in your own systems, tracks them until they are fixed and writes the compliance report.
